Qorvo’s Internship Program is designed for college students currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s, or Master’s program. Qorvo offers real work experience, exposure to upper management, and the opportunity to pursue full time opportunities, as available.

Qorvo’s Internships are offered in our High Performance Analog, Advanced Cellular, Connectivity and Sensors, and Global Operations business groups. Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment.
Responsibilities may include:
- Work with our Global Planning, Logistics teams to improve existing SharePoint sites across all the different groups/areas in GPnL.
- Analyze current business processes and work with Bus Process owners to improve/automate steps using system tools/software solutions available in Qorvo.
- Work with our IT department and other cross-functional team members to define system requirements/changes to improve/enhance our business processes.
- Design, Develop and Document systems solutions using SharePoin, Monday.com, Power Apps or other tools to improve our workflow steps and scale our business processes.
- Provide end-user training and testing support during the Bus Processes Management cycles.
- Follow Project Management methodologies/documentation to deliver Bus Process Changes successfully to our end users.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a BS, or MS in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations or related field
- Must be at least a Junior by Summer 2025
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Microsoft SharePoint, Visio, Tableau experience preferred
- Self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Must have willingness to learn new applications and software with minimal guidance
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines
- Must have the ability to work and make decisions independently with minimal supervision
