Business Analyst

The Business Analyst defines, develops and creates IT system solutions within Qorvo’s New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.  You will lead projects that target the reduction of product development cycle time and improved efficiency and effectiveness in a lean culture.  This is not a traditional requirements gathering role, rather the successful candidate has experience solving complex problems and designing creative, integrated process solutions.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop system solutions with process owners and translate into system designs and specifications
  • Creative problem solving, critical thinking and relationship building are instrumental in this role
  • As solutions are developed, leads the testing activities to ensure requirements are met
  • Strong skills in project definition and alignment within the end-user stakeholder

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s degree or equivalent
  • 4-6 years of directly related work experience
  • Excellent communicator with strong leadership, interpersonal and decision-making skills
  • Periodic travel to Qorvo operational sites and remote design offices may be required (approximately 10%)

 

This position will support a part of a business unit that contracts with the US government, qualified candidates must be U.S. persons (generally a US citizen or green card holder). Individuals holding temporary visas, such as F-1 or H-1B, are not U.S. persons.
