Sr Technical Marketing and Business Development Manager

  • Responsible for identifying/maintaining relationships and creating channels to support business growth metrics (Carrier/ISP/MSO, Senior/Executive Mng, Marketing relationships at       OEM, ODMs, Carriers, etc)Responsible for Business Case/Alternative exploration/Resource Justification/Contract review
  • Responsible for Fiscal Growth Targets/Execution in Regions & Key Accounts

  • Responsible for Platform Design Wins at Chipset Suppliers

  • Responsible for Aligning Forecast with Sales and minimizing RFP Adjusts

  • Responsible for commercial alignment, contracts, commission at Chipset accts, sampling, supporting builds, etc. (inside sales support?)

  • Responsible for all Marketing Responsibilities / Related Collateral

  • Supportive of PLM functions for strategy/roadmap/prioritization and financial health of the business:

  • Identifying, prioritizing the portfolio for maximizing Profitability and Revenue growth

  • Setting Pricing for products to the market

  • Supports all Project Requirements/MTGs for assigned developments

  • Aligns activities with DEs/Apps/PMs to ensure project execution with Business Leadership/Decisions

  • Prioritizes development activities/resources within BU Functions to meet Schedule/Business Targets

  • Identifies Gaps in capabilities, performance, technology required for product leadership




BSEE/MSEE - (MBA preferred)

  • +10 yr experience within RF Product Line and guiding portfolio
  • Successful track record achieving profitability and Revenue goals
  • EU location required - preferably aligned near Zele/Utrecht (not required)
  • Superb Communication skills
  • English speaking to coordinate with US-Based teams, cross-functional coordination, program/project business decision
  • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements
  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
  • Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.

This role is not required to be in Belgium - can be remote in EU, or centered near other Qorvo EU office locations.
