Global Sourcing Process Intern

Qorvo’s Internship Program is designed for college students currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program. Qorvo offers real work experience, exposure to upper management, and the opportunity to pursue full time opportunities, as available.

Qorvo’s Sourcing Internships are offered in our High Performance Analog, Advanced Cellular, and Connectivity and Sensors business groups. Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment.

Responsibilities may include:

• Analyzing global sourcing processes and documents for opportunities for improvement
• Standardizing and automating workflows, creating work instructions to document learnings
• Extracting, manipulating, and analyzing data to articulate a clear and concise interpretation 
• Interacting with project teams to submit timely deliverables and expand network of working relationships
• Identifying and eliminating waste
• Basic supplier interactions

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a BS in Business Administration and/or Supply Chain
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with articulate written and verbal communications
• Initiative, drive, and internal motivation for success with minimal supervision
• Positive attitude, eager and able to learn new skills with a keen eye for detail 
• Strategic vision, critical thinking, problem-solving skills
