Staff Characterization Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and develop test systems for RF and system test of SoC and mixed signal IC products
  • Work with Design, Product and Test Engineering to characterize performance and debug design issues.
  • Develop, implement and execute test plans for lab characterization of post-fab circuit and chip designs.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Sound understanding of communications systems, architecture and wireless radio protocols.
  • BSEE with RF and communication design coursework with preferably at least 2 years radio system engineering experience.
  • Strong understanding of RF measurements and equipment including ATE methods and coding (i.e., Labview, Test Stand, Python, etc)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
