RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform set-up and operation of assembly equipment to produce high quality Qorvo prototype devices  
  • Follow work procedures to surface mount (SMT),die bond, wire bond, molding, etc.
  • Assists with work center procedures, implements those procedures, and ensures all steps and measurements are followed precisely
  • Responsible for identifying any equipment issues or prototype quality errors
  • Must be comfortable using microscope for high percentage of processes
  • Extended periods of standing or sitting in one location

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma required; Associates degree in Technology field preferred
  • 1 year of work experience in a prototype engineering environment.  SMT, die bond, wire bond, experience preferred
  • Must be familiar with e-mail, and basic computer skills required; specific equipment training will be provided
  • Attention to detail is required 
  • Conscious about quality and strives to be best with productivity
  • Cares about customer, both internal and outside and understands need for satisfaction from customers
