Role

ATE test development engineer developing test solutions for ultra-wideband product portfolio. The position is 100% on site at our Dublin Ireland facility.

Responsibilities

• Specification of DFT during IC design stage.
• Management of the test requirements.
• Test hardware design.
• Test software development.
• Delivery of production test solution to offshore subcon.
• Characterisation of critical parameters over PVT
• Generation of Reliability test solutions
• Test cost optimization.

Skills

• ATE Mixed signal and RF test experience.
• Familiarity with requirements tracking (Jira etc) and test plan documentation.
• Schematic capture / layout tools for RF and Mixed signal PCB’s
• ATE Software (C++) for SIP integration level devices with MPU, Rram, Sram, RF, Crypto and mixed signal functions.
• Familiarity with releasing to and support of offshore test sub-contractors.
• Experience of developing test characterisation solutions around thermal forcing equipment.
• Test cost reduction via test time, yield and multisite optimizations.
• Great Interpersonal and communications skills across an international team.
• Fluency in English.
• Problem solving and debug.
• Digital Scan and Firmware insertion.
• Delivery of Reliability test solutions.
• Standard statical analysis of ATE data for yield, Grr and Correlation.

The Person

6+ years in ATE test development role with Electronic Degree level 8 or equivalent qualification.

Self-motivating aligns to the bigger picture, team player, respectful, honest, reliable, self-starter and flexible, able to communicate across geographical sites.
