The IT Administrator EMEA is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting IT infrastructure and systems across the region. 
This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic planning to ensure stable, secure, and scalable IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and support IT solutions aligned with business needs
  • Analyze requirements and drive automation to improve efficiency and performance
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and infrastructure (Windows/Linux)
  • Manage and support end-user devices (desktops, laptops, mobile, peripherals)
  • Administer server infrastructure and virtual environments (VMware)
  • Monitor, maintain, and optimize datacenter operations and system performance
  • Deploy virtual machines, manage storage, and support backup/recovery processes
  • Maintain and support network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, switches)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Plan and execute infrastructure projects (including EMEA coordination)
  • Perform patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management of systems and hardware
  • Document procedures, standards, and best practices
  • Collaborate with global IT teams and support cross-functional initiatives
  • Provide user support and ensure timely incident resolution
  • Participate in on-call rotation for critical systems support

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant IT experience
  • Strong experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and datacenter operations
  • Proven ability to solve complex technical issues in enterprise environments
  • Expertise in VMware virtualization technologies
  • Hands-on experience with HPE or Dell server environments
  • Knowledge of network technologies (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/VPN, preferably Aruba/Cisco)
  • Experience with patching, upgrades, and capacity planning
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in global, collaborative teams
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience supporting enterprise systems (Server, Network, Storage), or infrastructure management tools
  • Experience contributing to regional or global infrastructure projects
