Summary:

Qorvo's Corporate Social Responsibility program forms the basis of our ethical standards, policies, and business practices, and is our guide and management policy for maintaining our status as a good, global corporate citizen. As a global corporation, Qorvo is accountable for our actions and policies that affect people, our local and extended communities, and the environment.

A broad business understanding and collaboration across multiple disciplines (Human Resources, EHS, Legal/Compliance, Supply Chain, etc.) are required to ensure deployment of robust and scalable internal and supply chain CSR monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate Qorvo CSR requirements to suppliers
• Monitor supplier progress on audit scheduling, corrective actions, and training activities
• Partner with Sourcing and Quality to drive progress on supplier CSR action items
• Maintain and analyze data from various Qorvo systems to support internal and external CSR reporting
• Conduct a wide variety of external research and analysis to support risk-mitigation efforts

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in supply chain management, sustainability, environmental science, or other CSR-related field
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English; Japanese language skills highly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn about CSR
• Relevant internship or 1-2 years work experience
