RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Development of Power Management ICs for 4G/5G mobile handset applications.
- Design of various analog and mixed mode circuits and/or analog functional blocks like bandgaps, charge pumps, LDOs, level shifters, high speed op-amps, DACs, high speed buffers, DC-DC converters, etc.
- Support device characterization and troubleshoot measurements and RF/analog/digital design issues
- Writing detailed specifications
- Conducting peer reviews of their designs, including expected and/or actual results
- Writing regular program status updates, be able to execute to an aggressive committed bottom-up schedule
QUALIFICATIONS:
- MSEE or PhD in Electrical Engineering, 10+ years of experience in analog and mixed mode circuit design
- Extensive experience designing with Cadence, MATLAB LabVIEW optional ADS or similar tools
- Experience in Power management and envelope tracking eventually
- Experience in standard RF design techniques including layout expertise
- Strong background with measurements and characterization
- Working knowledge of device physics, especially tradeoffs for analog circuitry
- Good communication skills, be able to work independently
- Candidates with successful production release of Power Management ICs for mobile applications would be highly considered
