  1. Support RF design engineering with facilitating getting products mounted to evaluation boards and testing products such as Power amplifiers, Low noise amplifiers, RF switches and high integrated modules.
  2. Collect, store and compile the data for design engineering for seamless analysis using data visualization tools, such as Tibco Spotfire, Excel or other plotting tools.
  3. Maintain the lab and equipment for cleanliness, safety, equipment inventory and calibration.
  4. Tune and test evaluation boards not limited to changing SMD components (case sizes 080004, 01005, 0201), replacing die(Flip chip and wirebond), bonding products, and lasering products for tuning.
  5. Thorough understanding of the RF test setups and ability to troubleshoot systems when issues arise.



  1. 5+ years of technical experience with Semiconductor components
  2. Ability to troubleshoot highly integrated RF modules by changing components, die, bondwires, using Tweezers, soldering irons, hot air reflow stations, wire-bonders and microscope.
  3. Must have experience with soldering Fine pitch components (SMD) near other SMD, die and experience wirebonding or willingness to learn.
  4. Ability to multi-task and utilize lab resources efficiently depending on the testing needs and timing.
  5. Requires good understanding of RF test setup and equipment limitations for testing ip3, p1dB, harmonics, NF, EVM, SEM, BE, sparameters among other test.
  6. Strong desire for collaboration with the team and other groups in the company to facilitate continuous improvement to our processes and procedures.
