Location:

MA - Chelmsford, US

Requisition ID:  777

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform detailed transistor-level RFIC design and development, focusing on highly-efficient and linear RF power amplifiers, primarily between 2 and 7 GHz for next-generation WiFi and 5G NR applications.
  • Design multi-chip modules, integrating multiple technologies.
  • Design and run detailed circuit and EM simulations using RFIC EDA tools (e.g. Keysight ADS, Cadence) to accurately predict performance of final product.
  • Implement RF integrated circuits including layout of all active and passive circuit elements, along with design verification (design rule checking and layout-versus-schematic).
  • Plan and support test and measurement for evaluation of prototype designs. Document and summarize design data to support team members.
  • Support Product Marketing and Applications Engineering throughout the product development lifecycle with product prototypes and samples, data and design summaries, and application circuit recommendations
