Qorvo’s Test Engineering Internships are offered in our High Performance Analog, Advanced Cellular, Connectivity and Sensors and Global Operations business groups. Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment.
Responsibilities may include:
- Creating automated test software to control test equipment and execute test plans
- Developing measurement automation using Python, C++, C# along with custom tools
- Measuring product using test equipment using Qorvo custom testers which includes RF and Analog test equipment
- Processing, verifying, and analyzing the measured data using Excel and/or Spotfire; Analyze data to formulate conclusion and produce clear and concise presentations and reports
- Assisting TX and RX designers with evaluating parts from various DOE builds
- Increase test measurement productivity and RF/Analog test measurement efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Analog/RF circuit design coursework and/or experience
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C, C++, C#, or other object-oriented language
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Spotfire and/or other data analysis software tools
- Motivated, ambitious, teachable, non-quitter, innovative and a go-getter with good communication skills
- Needs to be organized and documents test methodology and data analysis
- Will not shy away from doing "real" work and be willing to contribute to providing the fast and accurate data to end-customer

Competitive hourly pay commensurate with experience: $31.00 - $42.00 (subject to change dependent on physical location). Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Qorvo reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as external competitiveness and internal comparability. Base compensation is one element of Total Rewards offered at Qorvo. More information on the Total Rewards package can be shared upon request.
