This is a full-time Intern position located in Richardson, TX/Remote. The position will be temporary in nature and last approximately 3 months (September - December). 


NOTE: Because this is a student internship, the candidate must be a currently enrolled student in a degree-seeking accredited program


Desired Degree: MSEE (Radio Frequency background)



  • Completed course work in RF design.
  • Completed RF design-related lab course.
  • Experience with common RF test equipment, RF design CAD tools, Keysight or AWRE, PCB design, and tape out.



  • Data analysis
  • PA design using load-pull data & NLM
  • Data Summary report generation
  • Weekly summary of progress & issues
  • Test and tuning of RF PAs


Soft Skills:  

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Adaptability, Problem Solving Skills, and Team Collaboration
  • ability to work from home or in the office
