Process Integration Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with our R&D team during the development and qualification of new technologies
• Supporting the production ramp of new Bulk Acoustic Wave technologies
• Defining and Supporting Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) & Electrical yield improvement
• Assembling cross-functional teams and Leading investigations and problem solving activities
• Implementing Statistical Process Control (SPC) strategy and driving Cpk improvements

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in at least one key semiconductor process area (etch, photolithography, CMP, PVD/CVD ...)
• Strong working knowledge in characterization techniques (STEM, AFM, XRD ...)
• Experience in technical problem solving using data analytics and Design of Experiments (DOE)
• Capacity for working with minimal supervision in complex projects with considerable responsibility
• Excellent teamwork, leadership and communication skills
