Business Process Analyst

  • Work with our Global Planning, Logistics and Procurement teams to improve existing Bus Processes using system tools like  Appian,, Tableau, Wrike, SAP, etc.
  • Analyze current business processes and work with Bus Process owners to improve/automate steps using system tools/software solutions available in Qorvo. 
  • Key representative/support for creating and enhancing Transportation tools (cost model, Appian (ticketing system), TMS, etc)
  • Work with our IT department and other cross-functional team members to define system requirements/changes to improve/enhance our business processes.
  • Design, Develop and Document systems solutions using Appian,, Wrike or other tools to improve our workflow steps and scale our business processes.
  • Provide end-user training and testing support during the Bus Processes Management cycles.
  • Follow Project Management methodologies/documentation to deliver Bus Process Changes successfully to our end users.



  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university (Business, Supply Chain, or Technical preferred).
  • Strong experience and knowledge of Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing business processes using ERP systems and also applications like Appian,, Wrike, Tableau.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving capability is a must, Project management skills are a plus.
  • Team player that relate to people at all levels of the organization and possesses excellent communication skills
  • An energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and a positive professional image
  • Flexible and able to function comfortably in a fast-paced, constantly changing and ambiguous environments
  • Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, suppliers, and employees.
  • Define problems, collect data, establishes facts and draw valid conclusions
