Director of IC Design/Technology
Responsibilities
• Manage members of the RFIC Design team
• Managing engineering projects end-to-end
• Monitor reliability and performance of all internal systems to suggest improvements
• Assist with hiring engineers and coordinating their training
Requirements
• Strong technical background with 10+ years chip industry experience in at least one of
the following areas in Analog/Mixed-Signal: data converters, filters, analog building
blocks
• Excellent communication skills and ability to excel and leadership abilities with a
strategic mind
• Master or Ph.D in Electrical Engineering
