Sr Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibility:

1.     Familiar with semiconductor assembly/test process flow . Semiconductor quality engineering working experience is preferred .

2.     Lead root cause analysis, CA/PA to address qualification/ORM/ORT & phasing monitor failures and facilitate or participate in issues that arise on production products in China

3.     Gate and qualify Product or process change(CCC) request in China Operations and Coordinate Global change control between Fab and Assembly site .

4.     Plan & execute ORM/ORT/Phasing/Qual/Eval test base on industry or Qorvo ‘s standard .

5.     Understand and abide by the contents of IATF16949,ISO9001,ISO14001,ISO45001, and also put forward amendment scheme in own responsible department, supervise the executing condition of the underling.

6.     Team management and development to continual drive PQE/NPI quality to meeting Qorvo vision and mission.

Requirements:

1.     Bachelor or above on Engineering or experience equivalent to that.

2.     9 years or above engineering experience in semiconductor related industrial, or Fresh Master graduates in relevant major.

3.     English, Basic listen/speak/read/write English skills, CET-4 will be preferred.
