Material Planning Assistant Responsibilities:

1. Fully responsible for materials planning, procurement and exception handling, to ensure that the responsible materials arrive at the factory on time to fully support production needs:

  • Formulate a material purchase plan according to the system requirements and create and send a purchase order to the supplier in strict accordance with the SPEC requirements;
  • Confirm the order information with the supplier and update the order in a timely manner according to the system requirements, and maintain the order information correctly in the SAP system to ensure the accuracy of the system data;
  • Track the shipment status of materials and coordinate transportation, and ensure that the quality inspection is completed in time after the materials arrive at the factory for production;
  • Coordinate the resolution and treatment of abnormal materials;
  • Report any shortages and potential shortages of materials in a timely manner, and work with Sourcing to push suppliers to do their best to meet production needs.

2. Maintain SAP system master data regularly as required to ensure that the system data is accurate.

3. Participate in supplier management, evaluate and assess suppliers on time.

 

Qualifications:

  • Graduates of 2022 and 2023, with excellent results;
  • Major: Logistics management, logistics engineering, International economy and trade, English, transportation or electronic information engineering and other related majors;
  • Proficient in MS Office software
  • Fluent English in both written and oral (CET-6 is preferred)
  • Great communication skill and fast learning skill.
