Job Description:

 

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Senior UKG Business Systems Analyst in our Enterprise Business Systems team. This role requires deep, hands-on expertise in UKG Payroll, Dimension, along with a strong track record of complex configuration, support, Integration knowledge to other Payroll/Time keeping systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions and driving operational excellence through KPI- and SLA-based support models.

Success in this role also demands proficiency in running scrums, establishing, and governing standard work practices, and thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments. The candidate should be comfortable collaborating across time zones and geographies and working with cross-functional teams around the globe including US.

This is a hybrid position based in Bengaluru, India, with the current expectation of working four days a week in the office. This may be adjusted based on evolving business needs.

 

Requirement:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or related Engineering field with 7+ years of experience in UKG Dimensions and Payroll.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of UKG Workforce Dimensions (WFD) across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and business requirements.
  • Design and maintain global pay rules, work rules, accrual policies, and scheduling configurations tailored to regional and union-specific needs.
  • Manage integrations between UKG WFD and third-party systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft) using middleware tools like Dell Boomi and UKG WIM/Connect.
  • Provide Level 1, 2 and 3 support for timekeeping, payroll, access control, accruals, and reporting issues across international locations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to plan and execute system upgrades, module implementations, and clock firmware updates.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support HR, payroll, and compliance teams globally.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HRIS platforms through rigorous testing, validation, and reconciliation processes.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and administrators to ensure effective system usage and adoption.
  • Lead regression and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features, enhancements, and country-specific configurations.
  • Support onboarding of newly acquired international locations by configuring WFD modules, importing historical data, and aligning with corporate standards.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement preventive measures to reduce downtime.
  • Collaborate with global HR and payroll teams to align system capabilities with evolving business needs and regulatory changes.
  • Import and audit employee data and time files; reconcile payroll inputs and outputs.
  • Handle end-to-end payroll for multi-state and multi-frequency cycles, including regular, off-cycle, and manual checks.
  • Generate payroll reports for audits, quarter/year-end, and internal reviews.
  • Configure and maintain UKG Payroll modules; support upgrades and integrations
