Qorvo’s Internship Program is designed for college students currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program. Qorvo offers real work experience, exposure to upper management, and the opportunity to pursue full time opportunities, as available.

Qorvo’s Applications Engineering Internships are offered in our High Performance Analog, Advanced Cellular, and Connectivity and Sensors business groups with locations in Greensboro, NC, Richardson, TX and Princeton, NJ. Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment. 

 

Responsibilities may include:

  • Automate testing with RF instruments
  • Manually test with RF instruments such as spectrum analyzer or network analyzer
  • Analyze and summarize data
  • Develop presentations based on data
  • Compare performance characteristics of our parts to competitor parts

 

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing BS, MS, PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
  • 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Analog/RF circuit design course work
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as VB.NET, C# or other object-oriented language is preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Self-Starter with good communication skills
  • Effective organization skills for systematic planning and scheduling
  • Desire for a career related to RF engineering
  • Ability to summarize and present in an effective manner
