High Performance Analog (HPA) is a leading supplier of RF and power management solutions for infrastructure, defense & aerospace, automotive power and other high-growth markets. HPA’s diverse portfolio of differentiated technologies and products supports multi-year market drivers such as electrification, renewable energy, the increasing semiconductor spend in defense and 5G deployments outside of China.



Fast-growing Power Management division focusing on Power management, Power loss protection, and Battery Charger solutions for a wide range of Mobile, Consumer, IOT and Industrial applications is looking for an experienced Marketing engineer to define next generation power management solutions and to drive direct engagement with our strategic customer base along with supporting new product & IP development. 


  •  Develop customer growth strategies using Qorvo’s products and services. The products may consist of power management ICs ,DC-DC, Battery chargers ,Power modules and Gate drivers.
  •  Create MRDs (Market Requirement Documents) and kick-off new product development in advance of roadmap requirements.
  •  Support the new product development business process from initiation through production.
  •  Carry out research to determine customer technical needs and expectations to develop new products or service offerings.
  •  Collaborate with end customers, Sales, Design Engineering, and Operations to define product requirements.
  •  Develop business models to derive competitive positioning and value proposition.
  •  Ensure close interaction and coordination with design, manufacturing, quality, test, finance, marketing, and distribution so that we meet customer needs.
  •  Be the voice of the customer to engineering, product line manager and operations.
  •  Establish pricing models and develop customer specific pricing strategies in coordination with Product Line Managers and Sales that insure revenue and profitable growth.
  •  Forecast of orders and sales of new and existing Service offering.
  •  Formulates and executes long-term plans to improve revenue growth and margin improvement.




  • BS Electrical Engineering with 5 or more years of experience.
  • Experience in Marketing Analog products technical role (design, product engineering, applications engineering, etc.)
  • High level understanding of power management from the system design level to the various components which make up the system is helpful.
  • Database and data analysis experience is helpful.
  • Ability to read and understand customer specifications and requirements and ability to write proposal responses to these statements of work.
  • Ability to share and teach internal and external customers on the technology tradeoffs.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive internal and external customers and cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Demonstrated successful execution of customer growth that delivered measurable business results.
  • Excellent communication, meeting facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Good analytical and business skills.
  • Able to travel internationally to support customers and collect market information.
