Summary: The sales and marketing team is seeking a skilled AI software specialist to help lead the integration of AI tools and applications across sales, marketing, and applications engineering platforms. The role requires working with the central sales, applications, operations, and data science teams to implement AI tools and applications to increase organizational productivity.  Responsibilities include translating business requirements into solutions by integrating data from various SaaS sources, aligning with the data science team on AI solution architecture, and ensuring AI applications are effective and compliant.  This role will be about 50% development and 50% management and support. The ideal candidate would have prior experience in both technical sales-customer support and software development experience.  Strong communication and team building skills are necessary for this role.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Leads the definition, deployment, operation, and optimization of AI across sales, marketing, and applications platforms.
• Contributes to the development of custom AI applications, including UI/UX, that integrate data and services from multiple sources SaaS platforms including Salesforce, SAP, Seismic, Discourse, and Databricks.
• Aligns with central data team on data architecture, pipelines, and ETL processes in support of corporate data strategies and to enable AI applications.
• Implements instrumentation and monitors AI application performance and conducts continuous improvement.
• Ensures security and compliance with relevant corporate standards and regulations.
• Coordinates with SaaS platform leads on AI tools, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Facilitates support and AI training for Sales, Marketing, and Applications users.
• Works with Sales, Apps and Marketing business owners to translate business requirements into technical specifications and AI powered solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical or computer engineering or related field
• Strong software development skills including python, SQL, database architectures and cross-platform API integration
• Ability to quickly master new technologies, languages, and development environments as needed
• A keen interest in AI and the ability to lead efforts to quickly prototype and evaluate the performance of AI powered solutions
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex semiconductor sales and customers support processes and data

Preferred:

• Experience as a FAE, sales engineer, customer support engineer or related work
• Academic or commercial experience in developing AI applications, particularly in the context of sales, CRM or technical customer support applications
• Semiconductor or electronics industry experience
• Electrical engineering or hardware design experience in RF, power or IoT
• Software application development experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js)
• Experience developing Software as a Service (SaaS) hosted applications
• Salesforce certifications - Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, or Architect
