About the Qorvo Software Group (QSWG)

When you work with QSWG, you are part of a team of that’s defining what’s next in wireless communications. Centered around game-changing Ultra-Wideband (UWB) technology, QSWG is enabling new applications in a multitude of markets, from mobile phones, gaming and smart home to education, healthcare, automotive and industrial manufacturing—just to name a few. And some of the applications aren’t even defined yet. That’s where you come in.



Qorvo SW Group is building cross-platform and modular connectivity stacks; building upon Qorvo’s silicon offering, to provide end-to-end and turnkey connectivity solutions, with a strong focus on IoT and embedded devices. In this context, we are looking for talented system architects to share an architectural vision and to help ensure fundamental (and costly to change) design choices are properly though and made. You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, teams, customers, suppliers, and third-party stakeholders in defining the technology infrastructure, decomposing solutions, and systems into components and subsystems, and defining and managing their interfaces and APIs.



  • Participate in planning, and definition of the technical roadmap.
  • Help Product Managers to formalize system requirements and derive into meaningful engineering constraints.
  • Define system architectures keeping genericity, efficiency, predictability, feature coverage, and maintenance burden in mind.
  • Create and maintain reference architecture documentation: design directives, standards and block diagrams.
  • Facilitate the communication of design choices between the different stakeholders.
  • Ensure conceptual integrity of those architectures through their evolution with time.



  • Strong analytical skills
  • Very good written and verbal communication, in French and English.
  • Mastering of the system architect “toolbox” (UML, SysML, C4 model, traceability tools, requirement management)
  • Strong culture of the different operating systems, their rules and philosophy.
  • High sensibility to security issues and best practices.
  • A master's degree or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience is required
