We are looking for a motivated Senior Design Engineer with a solid background in Analog/RF IC design, excellent communication skills, and strong drive to produce best in class products.  The candidate will be responsible for design, implementation, and verification of Analog/RF blocks/subsystems for Wi-Fi 6E/7 RF front end modules. Applicant will work closely with a core design engineering team and other cross functional team members to deliver cutting edge Wi-Fi products from concept to volume production.



  • Work with engineering and marketing managers to define product requirements, and create and execute product development plans
  • Design, verify, and document transistor-level Analog/RF blocks/subsystems (e.g. bias networks, Current DACs, bandgaps, OpAmps, LDOs, level shifters, charge pumps, Oscillators etc) / (e.g. LNA, switches, Linear/Nonlinear PA, integrated modules etc) for 5-7GHz Wi-Fi applications
  • Work with IC Layout Design Engineers to optimize design and layout.
  • Document and present design trade-offs including performance, size, cost, and time to market
  • Ensure that designs follow industry best practice design flows, verification techniques, Design For Test (DFT), isolation etc.
  • Support device characterization, and troubleshoot analog/RF design issues using measurement equipment
  • Support Applications Engineering throughout the product development lifecycle (e.g. prototypes, samples, data summaries, application circuit, customer/potential issues etc.)
  • Contribute to cross functional continuous improvement efforts



  • Demonstrated history of successfully designing and production-releasing RFIC’s in SOI/CMOS/SiGe and/or III-V HBT/HEMT technologies
  • Demonstrated experience in standard Analog/RF design techniques, debugging analog/RF/mixed signal noise issues, and RF coupling
  • Proficiency with standard IC EDA design flow in Cadence and/or Keysight ADS, including layout
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work on own initiative
  • Transistor-level RF/microwave integrated circuit design experience in low noise amplifiers, bias circuits, RF switch, linear power amplifier, power amplifier thermal management, and multi-chip module design is a plus
  • Proficiency in various linear and nonlinear simulation techniques and simulators is a plus
  • Proficiency with EM simulators such as ADS Momentum, FEM, and/or HFSS is a plus
  • Effectively communicate ideas and progress status in presentations and written reports
  • Hands-on laboratory testing
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, highly motivated, and very interactive team environment
  • MSEE with 5+ years of directly applicable experience
